• 0.5 (14.9 ounce) cans Guinness Draught
• 0.5 (12 ounce) bottles hard cider apple, pear, or a combination like Ace Perry Hard Cider

Instructions:

1. Fill a tall beer glass half full with the hard cider. Insert a the back side of a spoon into the glass, with the tip touching the inside of the glass above the cider. Gently and slowly pour the Guinness over the spoon and allow it to pour down over the cider.
2. Give the cocktail a moment to settle and serve.

• 1 oz aged rum
• 1 oz aged overproof rum
• 1 oz Jamaican black rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz falernum
• 3 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
3. Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass.
4. Garnish with a brandied cherry and citrus wedges and a tiki umbrella.

Bloody Martini Cocktail

• 7-8 ice cubes
• 15ml extra dry vermouth
• 75ml London dry gin
• 60ml pomegranate juice drink
• 4 blackberries
• 1 tsp icing sugar
• 1 mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Put 7-8 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or medium-sized jug, add 15ml extra dry vermouth, stir about 20 times, then add 75ml London dry gin and 60ml pomegranate juice drink. Stir gently and strain into a Martini glass.
2. For the garnish, put 4 blackberries in a sieve. Use a fork to mash; push the pulp and juice through the holes into a bowl. Stir through 1 tsp icing sugar until dissolved. Drizzle around the rim of the glass. Slice into 3 blackberries and place on the side of the glass. Finish with a mint sprig.
