The Pianist Cocktail
• 1.67 oz London dry gin
• .35 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz cherry juice
• .5 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz blackcurrant
• .5 oz redcurrant
• .5 oz raspberry
• .4 oz blackberry
• .15 oz blueberry
• 7 oz ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place 3 raspberries, 2 blackberries, and 1/2 a bar spoon of blueberries into a shaker.
- Add 3 bar spoons of blackcurrant and muddle.
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 1 oz of cherry juice and 1.5 oz of gin.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of redcurrant.

Instructions:
- Rim a 14-oz highball glass with black sugar, add ice.
- In a mixing tin, combine blueberries and lemon juice and muddle hard.
- Add gin, simple syrup and elderflower liqueur and shake vigorously.
- Strain into rimmed glass.
- Top with soda water and blue curaçao.
