• Raw sugar, for decorating cocktail glass
• 1 1/2 oz brandy
• 1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liquor
• 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1-2 oz sparkling wine
Instructions:
- Run cut lemon around rim of cocktail glass.
- Dip rim of glass in raw sugar to decorate and set glass aside while making cocktail.
- To make cocktail, add brandy, elderflower liquor, white creme de cacao and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
- Shake hard, then strain cocktail into prepared glass.
- Top strained cocktail with a float of sparkling wine and serve right away.

• 1 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1/2 oz creme de cacao (white)
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• Peychaud’s Bitters
Instructions:
- Add vodka, triple sec, creme de cacao and lemon juice to a shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a tall glass and add more crushed ice on top.
- Top with 10 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters.

Witch’s Curse Cocktail Recipe
• lemon-lime soda
• blackberries
• triple sec
• grape vodka
• grenadine
• blue curacao
• dry ice or regular ice
Instructions:
- Into a mason jar/cup add a handful of blackberries & as much lemon-lime soda as you want, followed by a generous amount of triple sec.
- Add in 2-4 shots of vodka, preferable grape flavored.
- Now, add in equal parts grenadine & blue curacao.
- Combine. You should get a deep (almost black) purple color.
- Garnish with blackberries.
- Add in a small chunk of dry ice, be very cautious & never touch it with your bare hands. If you cannot find dry ice, regular ice will work-you just won’t be able to get the fog effect.
- Serve immediately, enjoy & drink responsibly!!!

Gingerbread Cocktail
For the Rim
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp crushed gingerbread cookies or colored sugar
For the frozen gingerbread cocktail
• 1/4 cup gingerbread men cookies or gingersnap cookies
• 3/4 cup vanilla bean ice cream
• 1/4 cup eggnog
• 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
For the garnish
• 1/4 cup whipped cream
• 1 gingerbread men cookies
• 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
For the rim:
- Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. This is called simple syrup.
- Dip the rims of 2 glasses in the simple syrup, and then in the crushed gingerbread cookies.
For the gingerbread cocktail:
- Add the cookies to a blender and pulse a few times to break them up.
- Add all remaining ingredients for the frozen cocktail to the blender, and blend until combined.
To serve:
- Pour the frozen cocktail into the rimmed glasses. Top with the garnishes.
- Serve immediately.

Bad Santa Bourbon Bomb
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 3 oz cola
• 1 rogue cherry (don’t ask why)
Instructions:
- Pour & Stir – Mix bourbon, coffee liqueur, and cola in a glass. Stir like you’re stirring up trouble.
- Add the Rogue Cherry – Drop in a cherry. It’s the rebel of the drink, and we love it.
- Serve in Style – Pour into an old-fashioned glass (rugged is key) and set it on a red and black plaid napkin. Throw in a broken ornament for that “I give up” vibe.
- Enjoy – Sip while contemplating your life choices in front of tacky holiday decorations.

• 1 oz blackberry liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp activated charcoal (for black color)
• ice cubes

Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the black vodka, blue curaçao, blackberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and activated charcoal to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine all the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
