Blushing Bride Cocktail
• 1 oz Chambord
• 1 oz Tanqueray Gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3 to 4 oz soda water
Instructions:
- Build in a Collins glass, first adding the Chambord, followed by cubed ice. Next, combine the gin, lemon and simple syrup in the glass and top with soda water.

• 1 oz Chilled brewed Lapsang Souchong tea If you’ve got it. Otherwise just use an ordinary tea (but not green tea).
• 1 oz Honey syrup Just mix equal quantities of honey and warm water to create syrup.
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your trusty shaker.
- Add ice and shake until frosty cold.
- Strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass.
- Drink.
- Solve unsolvable crime.

Vampire Blood Cranberry Martini
• 1/4 cup of ice
• 4 oz cranberry juice
• 2 oz gin (or vodka) (double this for a stronger drink)
• 1 oz orange triple-sec
• 1/2 shot Aperol
• 1 shot lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
Instructions:
- Juice lime and set juice aside.
- In a martini shaker, add about ½ cup of ice.
- Pour cranberry juice, orange triple-sec, gin, Aperol and pour lime juice over ice.
- Close and shake cocktail shaker vigorously for approximately 30 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker has frosted (if using a classic metal shaker).
- Pour into martini glasses, or glasses of your choice and enjoy.

• 1/2 a lemon
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• soda water to fill
• frozen Peep garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle lemon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and gin. Shake vigorously.
- Pour cocktail over frozen Peep and then top with soda water.

Vampire Cocktail
• 2 oz Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey (or whiskey of your choice)
• 1/2 oz Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
• 1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• A few raspberries and blackberries
• 2 T white sugar
• Couple drops red food coloring
Instructions:
- Add the sugar and a couple drops of food coloring to a Ziploc bag. Knead and shake the bag until the color is absorbed and evenly distributed.
- When your sugar is the desired color (just add more food coloring one drop at a time if you want it darker), pour it onto a plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then press the glass edges into the sugar. Set the glass aside.
- Put 3 raspberries and 3 blackberries into your cocktail shaker.
- Add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and muddle gently to squish up the fruit.
- Add a few ice cubes along with the lime juice, Chambord, pomegranate juice, and whiskey.
- Shake until the shaker is nice and frosty, then double strain into your glass.
- Please drink responsibly.

Clover Club Cocktail
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz raspberry syrup
• 1/4 oz egg white
• garnish: raspberries
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain.
- Add the drink back to the tin and shake again without ice.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
