Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail

• 3 oz vodka
• 3 oz cranberry juice
• 1 oz raspberry liqueur
• 2-4 oz champagne or sparkling wine, to taste
• Fresh cherries, raspberries, or cranberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rim two martini glasses with red decorating gel (or corn syrup mixed with food coloring) if desired. Place the glasses on a plate and set them in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, cranberry juice, and raspberry liqueur. Cover and shake for about 30 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
  3. Strain the mixture into the chilled glasses. Top off with champagne or sparkling wine, to taste as desired. Garnish with a skewered cherry, raspberry, or cranberries.

• 2 cups milk
• 2 earl grey teabags
• 5 teaspoons honey
• 1 1/2 oz brandy

Instructions

  1. Heat milk over medium in a small pot.
  2. Add the tea bags to steep as the milk warms for 5 minutes. Turn down the milk to low if it starts to simmer. After 5 minutes remove the bags and add the honey. Stir the milk until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Take it off the heat and stir in the brandy.
  4. Pour into mugs or teacups and enjoy. This will make 2-3 drinks, depending on the size of your cups.

Frankenstein Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 oz sour apple pucker
• 4 oz Sprite
• 2-3 drops of green food coloring (optional)
• 1/4 cup black sanding sugar sprinkles
• 2-3 Tbsp corn syrup

Instructions:

  1. To rim the glass, add a shallow layer of sanding sugar sprinkles to one sauce, and 2-3 tbsp. Corn syrup to another saucer.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the corn syrup, lightly, then dip into the sprinkles until you get a nice layer on the glass. If the sprinkles try to run down the glass you may have a bit too much corn syrup. You can rinse the glass and try again, or just use a paper towel to push the sprinkles back into place.
  3. Fill your glass with ice.
  4. Pour in 1 ½ oz. vodka, 1 oz. sour apple pucker, and 4 oz. Sprite.
  5. Give the drink a stir.
  6. Enjoy!

Instructions:

  1. Pour Citron Vodka, Silver Tequila and lime juice into cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.

Cauldron Cocktail Halloween Drink

• 2 oz Bacardi rum
• 1 Sprite mini can (7.5 oz)
• 3 oz cranberry juice
• black food gel
• dry ice
• sugar sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Swipe the rim of your glass with a little Sprite.
  2. Dip rim of glass into sprinkles. I find it easy if you place the sprinkles on a plate and then spin the glass rim in the sprinkles.
  3. In sugar rimmed cup add rum, cranberry juice, Sprite, and a little black food gel. Stir.
  4. Using tongs place a small piece of dry ice in the glass.
  5. Enjoy!

    Tips and Tricks: It is very important that you wait until the dry ice has completely dissolved before you drink your cocktail. You do not want to ingest the dry ice. Dry ice will burn you so either use gloves or tongs to place it in your drink.
