Getting Out Alive

I am writing this down for the ones who believe and the ones who were there. Go ahead and laugh and say it's not true but it is. This is one of many diaries of the zombie apocalypse. Nobody was ready for it when it happened but some in fact were. My family and I were some of those people. At first we did not know they were zombies. We weren't sure what they were. It did not take long to figure it out. January 18, 2010 My name is Sean. I am just a fourteen year old kid. This is weird, this is scary, and this is like a nightmare... only real. People all over the world are well I don't even know what is happening yet just people getting sick. School is out until further notice and I do not believe it will ever be back. It's funny, last night I wished for some miracle to make me get out of school for a few days but this isn't a miracle. From what I have heard, the world is out of control. Mass riots have broken out and many people.....many people are sick. I don't think the world will ever be the same again after this, this terrible time. AND THIS IS HOW AUTHOR SEAN MEDEK S NEW BOOK BEGINS. TRAPPED IN A WORLD WHERE THE DEAD WALK. A YOUNG MAN TRIES TO SURVIVE.

About the Author

I am Sean Medek and I'm a fourteen year old author. I started writing my first book (book title) on January 1st 2010 at midnight. I have this crazy fixation with zombies ever since I was seven when my brother brought home the Zombie Survival Guide. I read it and got extremely freaked out but loved the idea. Then I saw my first zombie movie Night of the Living Dead. I was hooked. Since that time I have seen just about every zombie movie and read every zombie book. When my friends come to hang out we make zombie movies. My brother and I have even created our own zombie defense plan. This obsession made me start writing the book. In addition to writing I love to cook, play football and video games.
