"To stand between humanity and those that would the free enchain." That is the Great Commission given to all magecats by their Lady, the Goddess Freyja. Each one has been given the gift to cast magic while in all of their shifter forms, and they have served their lady for over eight thousand years. But Wynn Greenbough was the magecat that was not supposed to be. His presence upset the balance of power and therefore he had to leave his Earth for the duration of the Transhuman War. But his Lady was not the sort to let a tool lie idly by and Wynn recognized he was a powerful tool. Therefore, he was not surprised to wake up in an alternate reality's Model A Era and to be told to protect it from a growing supernatural threat. It did not take Wynn long to realize that something was amiss in his new home of Colonial Bay, Virginia. Something dead hunted the night and was soon targeting him and his new friends. It was time for him to go to work and do what the magecats do best: When things in the night hunt humanity, they hunt the hunters. Written in the style of the old pulp serials, the Feline Factor captures the feel of those exiting days of yesteryear when heroes were bigger than life, and the villains were even bigger.
