For the lost and the confused, there is no home. There is no place that is inherently safe, because anywhere you go, you will always have that voice inside of you. Mocking, picking, prying, chiding. For Bruce, Jesse, and Malcolm, that wanderlust finally had to be answered. In their desperation and hunger, they left the abject 'comfort' of their beds and pushed themselves out into the world. Starting all over the nation, and slowly flowing through concrete tangles and empty highways, the three young men fight themselves and their conditioning to grow up, find peace, and finally find home. Jesse, an author chasing success, Malcolm, a musician and broken heart looking for hope, and Bruce, a shell-shocked victim of abuse stand alone, apart, together as they move independently of each other, mirroring each other's development. Out on the road, these three lost souls attempt to figure out where they are going, and just what exactly they are leaving.
