Part 2 of the story about a mystical lake that runs through the cities of Carrington, Red Vine and Cold Water, Virginia. More people have turned up dead at the lake, causing politicians in those areas to agree to close off access to certain parts of it to the public until the authorities can figure out who has been killing so many visitors to the area.Although many people in Carrington and its surrounding cities think that it's the ghosts of the slaves that were drowned back in the 1600s after a slave uprising happened that have been murdering the visitors, law enforcement believe that it is a serial killer that may be responsible for the crimes.But things continue to get more and more chaotic at Never Lake, and a whole town ends up being flooded out by the river, causing all of its residents to drown in the high waters.
