There is something strange going on at a river in the city of Carrington, Virginia. For decades, several people have been found dead in the water, or have mysteriously gone missing in the area.Called Never Lake by the locals, the river became somewhat of an urban legend many years ago after it was discovered that a group of former slaves had drowned in it when they were being chased by slave owners after a major slave uprising had taken place on one of the nearby plantations.Some people in the town and its surrounding cities believe that it is the ghosts of the dead ex-slaves who are responsible for all the deaths in the lake, due to the fact that they are most likely getting revenge for what happened to them centuries ago.
