Revenge Of The Revenants: A Novel of Horror

Her father, on the other hand, is a skeptic and tells her that she is imagining things.On a trip to town, Felicity’s mother takes her to visit an old blind, white man who believes her story and moreover informs her that she is one of those rare people born with what he calls ‘second sight,’ or the ability to see things beyond our physical world. They learn that the land they’re homesteading is considered cursed by whites and Indians alike because of a tragedy that happened on it, and the old man suspects that the victims of that tragedy are returning from the dead to exact revenge on the living. Felicity and her family are the most convenient targets.The old man offers to help and informs them that he will also enlist the assistance of an old Sioux shaman who lives like a hermit in the nearby hills. Back home Felicity’s feeling of dread and impending doom increases. Will the old man and the shaman arrive in time and will they be able to help? When they find the mutilated body of a stranger on their land, she’s convinced that they won’t.The two old men do arrive, but so do the revenants, and they are hungry for the taste of flesh.
