Inspired by the works of Gregory Maguire and Japanese manga, Creator Unknown puts a different spin on the creation story. Mihael and Lucinda are experimental angels who do not fit in with heaven’s other classes of angels. Unsure of the purpose of their eternal lives, they set out on a journey to see their mysterious God’s face. As they encounter opposition at every turn, they take solace in each other. Their forbidden love yields miraculous results, but God and his angels don’t exactly view their creations the same way. Fighting the heavenly establishment leads to destruction, chaos, and the rise of the infamous Lucifer. Creator Unknown postulates how the enemy of God came to be. It explores the events that led to Lucifer’s heavenly exile and blurs the lines between who is good and who is evil.
