The Darkness Nobody Sees pt 2

Carla Sims makes her way to Mexico with men she assumes are the same as the men in Le Havre. Determined to watch out for Brandy, a sixteen-year-old girl who's being eyed by Joseph lustfully. Carla does everything she can to keep them separated. Knowing she's drawing ire from these men, she finds a friend by the name of Tokey, a great Aztec warrior. He takes her to another, Mictlantecuhtli. While visiting him, she begins seeing the faces of the girls who perished at the hands of these vile men. After a couple of weeks poisoning the water supply, a simple accident leads to her death. Vanessa Lebowski gets sent to help clean up the decaying bodies around this temple. After discovering Carla is no longer a missing person, she's tasked with trying to figure out why Carla died when she was already free. After Vanessa gets back to France, even more questions await her. Find Becky, a woman she entrusted with the dig site at Le Havre disappeared, but not before revealing more secrets to this temple. After some time, these questions turn to horrific answers, one that may be hard to swallow.
