Action packed from start to finish. I especially appreciate all the folklore included and the wonderful character development. There isn't a single character in the story I don't like.I can't wait to read the following installment and find out what adventures awaits Eli next.

This novel is simply enthralling . The action is nonstop. I was so excited, curious, and determined to have answers that I was unable to put the book down. The story is filled with unique characters and creatures. The author lays out an imaginative and original storyline - I didn't have a chance of guessing the outcome. The scenery and situations are incredibly descriptive yet concise. The author's choice of words leaves little guesswork for the reader to imagine what's going on. I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Chris grew up in Central and Western Arkansas where he fell in love with words and stories as well as hidden history and forgotten culture. He has traveled the world, but found his way to the Mid-West, where he and his family are currently loving their new adventures.
