About the Author

Frank Stoppa was born in Williamsport, PA. After attending Lycoming College, Stoppa entered the Marine Corps and received two Purple Hearts from his tour of duty in Vietnam. In 1992, he journeyed to Bosnia for a humanitarian pilgrimage for reported sightings of the Blessed Virgin Mary. That journey resulted in the publication of his personal journal, "Beyond My Wildest Dreams" in 2002. With the help of friends he met while on his pilgrimage, Stoppa helped to establish the Catholic Medical Foundation (CMF). Over 50 million dollars worth of medical supplies and food were sent to Bosnia during the war and CMF was recognized by the Vatican for its support. Frank Stoppa lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife of 36 years, Helen. He is currently working on a collection of supernatural stories. The Plantation is his first book.
