This is a collection of two short stories, in all, about 3700 words."Favorite Haunt" is a ghost story in which a poltergeist haunts an apartment bathroom.In "Rocky Road To Murder"--a short how-done-it--a woman decides, if she's going to survive her workplace, she's got to take charge. This story was a finalist in Mystery Writers of America's Short Story Contest.Author Elena Santangelo heard a writing instructor say once that you should never set a story in a bathroom. She took it as a dare. As for the second story, she'd been in that situation herself--she just never thought to use a fax machine as a murder weapon. Elena writes the Possessed Mystery series, also laden with ghosts and mayhem. BY BLOOD POSSESSED was an Agatha Award nominee, and her Christie short story companion, DAME AGATHA'S SHORTS, won an Agatha for Best Non-fiction.
