This would be an exquisite gift for a Muir collector: 1st edition hardcover with dust jacket of (Josephine Leslie) R.A.Dick's The Ghost and Mrs; Muir- a "supernatural romance" published in 1945 by the Ziff-Davis Publishing Company, Chicago/New York, Victory Format, Originally published in England; this is the first American Edition and is long out of print. Includes dust jacket in good condition. Book is in very good condition, 174 pages. Condition: Jacket- fair with creasing, wearing, rubbing and some small chips; tears at spine. Cover- good; black clothbound with silver engraved title and title, author, and publisher in silver on spine. Book- very good; no writing, marks, or tears; yellowing to page edges only; inked upper page edges at publishing. No ordinary book is this nor are there scads to be found.
