An instance in time can change everything, and change can happen in an instant. But we typically don't invite change, do we? Angus Ely certainly knows this all too well, as his instance of terror one night at his late uncle's cabin brings upon immediate recognition of the change he will be undergoing in the ensuing hours. Sheer doom and nothing more crosses his mind. Of course, his ex-girlfriend Sue does pop in from time to time. He does not want to change; he does not want to become Uncle Lowell's appalling subject matter. He just wants Sue. Angus finds far more in the process of change, and it could save him or flatten him completely. And all things will change henceforth.
