While on a journey further south to a vacation, a family's car breaks down deep in the forest and in the middle of nowhere leaving them stranded and with no-one close to their rescue. They decide to split up and look for help in the areas around the forest only to wander deep into the man-eaters' villages in which they become prey for the not-so-forgiving carnibals by day and the not-so-welcoming ghosts at night.
