Specializing in strange history and urban legends, Bekah and Dave explore the real story behind Wes Craven’s movie THE SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW, looking at the actual truth behind the voodoo zombification process. Bekah shares the fascinating history of how Bram Stoker’s estate sued the NOSFERATU movie in the case of DRACULA v. NOSFERATU. Then they examine the real-life town of Centralia, PA which is burning from underneath the ground and eventually became one of the main influences for the SILENT HILL series. Finally, they round out the show by discussing how the chainsaw was originally created, a gut-churning story that will no doubt leave you pale and queasy.
