In 2010, an horrible event took place in the community of Saint-Joseph. The young Jessica Price went missing. A couple of weeks later, body parts were found scattered all around town, which lead the police to the conclusion that Jessica might have been horribly murdered. The murderer was never to be heard from again. Rumors spread around town that the killer filmed the horrible acts of sadism. Brian Pleasence, a close friend to Jessica decided to investigation the case. At All Cost is the testimony of a young man trying to uncover the truth about something so terrible, that common sense can't even try to describe it.
