The entire game is full of violence, gore and murder, since you are playing as the killer. The style is cartoony, however the acts of violence could be shocking for some users. There are depictions of mutilation, slow murder, sadism, burning alive, decapitation and impaling. Next to that, there are references to smoking and pedophilia. The latter only in text.
