This game contains graphic depictions of violent attacks and it's aftermath (mutilation, gore, viscera) in the vein of many horror, particularly grind-house style games and media. There is a depiction of drug-use and suggestions of a character with a possible substance abuse problem. While some may find the villain's outfit revealing, there are no outwardly sexy or sexual themes or depictions intended.
