Hold The Line contains frequent and intense violence directed at undead enemies in a post-apocalyptic horror setting. The game features: • Realistic firearm combat with blood splatter and visible damage effects • Graphic depictions of zombie violence, including headshots, dismemberment, and ragdoll physics • Melee combat with bladed weapons (fire axes, baseball bats) • Explosive weapons (grenades) causing destructive visual effects • Dark, atmospheric horror environments with unsettling sound design • Recurring themes of survival, death, and the collapse of civilization The game does not contain sexual content, nudity, real-world drug or alcohol references, depictions of self-harm, or discriminatory content.
