I'm Sorry (Broken Bonds)

Let me ask you a question. Have you ever known someone who brightens up your day with just a smile alone? Someone playful? Someone...too innocent for what they go through...? That’s how Sarah Parker feels about her younger brother, Jake. But her father’s smile...it’s not inviting at all. His smile is normally accompanied by fresh blood on his hand, while Jake is a sobbing mess on the floor. That piece of human garbage Sarah and Jake have for a father has them all wrapped around his bloody finger. With their current situation, Sarah’s mother believes there is nothing they can do to truly save Jake from his father’s ever-growing wrath. But to Sarah, there is still hope. There has to be. She has a plan, but...it won’t come without sacrifice. To make matters worse, Jake has run away. So, in order to even go through with this difficult decision, Sarah has to find him. But she won't be alone out there. Just like the darkness her father has become around her family, Sarah now has to trek through the darkness all around her, as well as the darkness within herself, in order to find her precious baby brother and truly bring him to safety.
