"Stories of the Strange and Bizarre" began as an interesting photo shared to social media. Small talk and joking spawned an idea. "Sounds like the begins of a horror story." "Is that a kid?" he asks himself. With a slow caution, he walks closer until he is as close as possible without leaving the sidewalk. "Andy stares at the lifeless body, absorbing every detail."
