Shadow Bird

Shadow Bird is the story of Jack, a recently deceased suicide victim embarking on a personal and harrowing journey through the nightmarish corridors of his personal limbo. Jack is a fighter: brash, cocky, but also vulnerable and deeply flawed, and as the circumstances surrounding his death slowly come to light, he will unravel the mystery of his asylum-like afterlife and discover the truth about the other patients seeking salvation under the guidance of Dr. Macabee, the “hospital’s” sinister leader. Part horror, part morality tale, and part spiritual journey, Shadow Bird is ultimately about the fight for Jack’s soul.

About the Author

Kevin M. McGreer is, according to his late, great grandpa, only one of two in captivity who enjoys spaghetti sandwiches. If asked who he'd most like to meet, he would tell you himself, preferably in a dark alley. He also hopes beyond hope that you "get" this book. By "get" he doesn't mean that you bought it (thank you), but understood it the way he intended. He prays that someday he will, too.
