This is how the story was told to me by Nick LaRue himself after a few days of having met him at the foot of the Zayna Tower in the City of Macá of the Alismaeliyuna on the Elemental Plane of Earth in the year of Our Lord 1005.By then, Nick was a teacher in his own right on the Way of Peace. The day I heard Nick he had been walking that peaceful road for about 35 years. Many were the adventures of Nick LaRue, but I will tell you later. His travels took him all over Arrin looking for those whom he had mistreated or abused. He told me that it was not over yet, since there had been a lot of damage that he had caused, but that he would not stop living until he did good to all of them and on the way to do it, to everyone he encountered.I was one of those who benefited from the knowledge and wisdom of this man, just as he benefited from the teachings of Kuma, the nomad of Southmoor.Earnwald of OakhamOctober 4, 1066Ellan Vannin, England*****Mr. Caballero was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to a construction worker and a seamstress. He grew up in the neighboring town of Barceloneta, where he attended school. At age 8, as he was going through his parents' painful divorce, his science teacher encouraged him to write about his feelings in poems or stories. Thus was born the love to write in him.Upon graduation from high school, Mr. Caballero enrolled in the United States Marine Corps, where he served three years, attaining the rank of lance corporal. After his military service, he worked in many different fields and lived throughout the United States. Then he returned to Puerto Rico to live and work. In 2016, he was pensioned by the Veterans Administration due to his health condition. Since he was basically retired, he decided to become a creative writer and began doing preliminary work on what would become the Quantum Universe, in which his tales are set.He lives and writes in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, with his three dogs (Bobby, Clic and Sophy) and a lovely kitten (Delikat). He likes nature walks, swimming in the ocean and visiting the various historical sites of Island of Enchantment.
