Sunflower, pursued by RA for her family’s genetics, wants nothing to do with the future overlord of EF. The group rebels against RA, with the help of a wise old tree and vicious pirate children. Their failures and internal traitors bring them to the brink of disaster. Reaching the end of options, the demon within her lashes out to kill RA, but the effort kills her. Her friend from Hell, Michigan, using the technology that RA used, provides an out for the tragic girl. Does it work?
