American Ghost Stories is a collection of fictional short stories written by Shana Dines. Subtle horror unexpected is many times more chilling and terrifying than horror that smacks you in the face.

About the Author

Shana Dines grew up hearing ghost stories and has been writing ever since she could hold a pencil. She is also an illustrator of children books, including "Mimi's Tales, which was written by S. Raffensperger. Her first published work was in an anthology called Cold Glass Pain edited by Christopher Hall. She is also an art teacher and a fine artist. Shana does commissioned art work. She is finishing up her autobiography and also preparing to publish her own written and illustrated children's book for children who are facing the challenges of dealing with the death of a grandparent or other family member.
