To Turn or Not to Turn that is the question. Is it? Jonathon is man of belief. So when he goes hunting one night and is bitten by a strange creature he is convinced that he will turn into a werewolf. His belief is fueled by a pretty young nurse named Lily who agrees to help lock him in his basement on the next full moon. However his oldest and best friend Joe is not convinced. Book Extract I woke up the next morning still in the basement. I stretched real hard. My bones were stiff from laying on the floor all night. I was starving as well, which is unusual for me. I’m never really that hungry. Then I realized that I am no longer tied up and my chains have been torn from the wall. I looked at the window; it’s still intact. I ran up the stairs. The door was still closed, but I saw claw marks on the sides of the door. I try to push it open, but it doesn’t budge. The hinges seem to be torn off and something is pressed against the door to keep it in place. I call out to Ms. Lily and Joe, but no one answers. I try again. I keep calling for a couple minutes, but still I hear no reply. I looked down at the ground and saw a pool of water, or maybe something else. I stooped down to check it out. I place my finger in it and brought it close enough to my face to see it: blood. Blood was dripping down the stairs. I screamed but no one heard me. Did I turn? Did I hurt my friends?
