Love is Love is Love

After surviving a sexual assault, and an abusive marriage, Tabitha Balfour turns to tarot to find answers while trying to heal from past traumas that have left her scarred, while trying to make sense of the recurring dreams she's been having most of her life, along with the strange sounds, odd feelings, and the new thoughts that were intruding on her new current misery as she makes her way through the stages of grief and acceptance, things that she feared if she told a psychiatrist, they'd put her in a straight jacket and throw her in the looney bin. After all, spirits don't really stick around and attach themselves to people...do they? In the meantime, life keeps happening, she's been raised to believe that she has full control over her life, everything that happens to her is of her own making, but is it really? She had heard of swingers and their different lifestyles, accepting them, while not believing any of it was for her, after all, she hadn't been able to keep one husband happy, what made her think she could keep two happy, especially by just being herself...until fate got sick and tired of her trying to control her life and stepped in and gave her a violent shove in the direction she needed, putting her in the right situation at the right time, to meet the right man, but which one? Could she have it all? Could she learn to relax and let go? Trigger warning, adult content, trauma, recurring abuse, sexual assault, alternative lifestyles.
