There Are No Skeletons at the Park! (There Are No Monsters!)

If you need a skeleton-free vacation, the park should be your destination! Boney creatures visit a park to try and have some fun. Bugs and critters, bone-fetching dogs, and tricky playground equipment made it difficult for them to feel welcome. The local kids soon invite the lonesome creatures to join them for a field day with games and sports. Whimsical rhymes over thirty full-color illustrations explain why there are no SKELETONS at the park!

From the Back Cover

The idea for There Are No Monsters came to me one night while tucking my daughters into bed and having to convince them there were no beasties in their closet. We made a game of naming different types of monsters and where they weren't. Now the girls are involved in every aspect of making these books, from advising on character design to giving helpful notes on the rhymes. We hope your family enjoys reading the books as much as we are enjoying making them!
