Hellbound

Kira is marked. It's a mysterious, arcane mark that appeared on her arm a few years ago. Ever since, demons have hunted her, and no matter how many of them she kills, they never stop coming.She has another problem: the recurring dreams. They get off to a good start -- featuring an attractive man in her bed -- but they quickly become much darker when a demon emerges. Nightmares come with the territory for Kira, but something about this nightmare is impossible to shake off.One late night, Kira comes closer to death than she ever has before, ending up in the hospital. She recognizes her nurse immediately.It's the man from her dreams. He exists. His name is David, and he recognizes her, too. Because he has the same dreams, that end the same way.David has his own mark, one that is slowly and painfully inscribing itself on his skin. When Kira sees his mark, she knows he'll soon be a target for demons as well. She resolves to protect him, the way no one was able to protect her.To save David and herself, Kira has to find out who's marked them -- and why.
