Two very ordinary disillusioned persons, each believing their life will continue in the future, the same as it has in the past. But their paths cross almost unnoticed. Then the horrific, unthinkable happens. Their plane has crashed on the desert floor. They are alive, but trapped in the wreckage. Their very survival depends on Stony, a man ready to die so this existence that others called life could be over for him. He had kept a promise that guided his steps for many years, he wanted to let go. Stony thought his obligations to anyone else was over, but that was before he pulled the pilot to safety out of the plane's cockpit. Stony was not destined to leave this life just yet. There is yet another lesson, he is to receive. Only by letting go of what he is sure of, will he obtain more of life and love than he ever dreamed.
