In November of the year 2000, two teenagers, Wesley and Wade, wander among the streets of San Diego, in search of a friend's house. When they find the house they are looking for, they decide to enter it from the back door, so as to not wake anyone else. Instead, they encounter an armed man they do not recognize and face off with him in a situation they never anticipated. In the ensuing standoff, chaos takes the night and the boys make a split-second decision that changes everything. Suddenly they are on the run towards something neither of them sees coming. The final act will leave you speechless.
