In book two the sequel to Heaven’s Warriors, protagonist, Pastor Richard Ledden, battle against a Satanist cult and a mob related casino owner Anton that just escaped from Leavenworth Federal Prison. Nemesis Anton and his partner Damien plan to return to Ledville with a vengeance against Richard for having purchased the Lucky Casino after the FBI shut it down. Now Richard has made it into school for underprivileged children. Mica and Zorn, Heaven’s angelic warriors, team up once more with the F.B.I., the local town Sheriff Mike Fuselier, Richards’ friends Bobbie and Liz, along with Jenny Perron, an investigative reporter, to stage a bust on a freighter carrying an illegal cargo of drugs and kidnapped underage girls being brought to shore in New York. The battle turns vicious as the mobsters call upon the Satanic Barak and his demon horde to aid their cause. But with intercessory prayers from Richards’ congregation the odds are not in their favor.
