With a new series of killings in Rochester, the immortal Aleister Victor and medical examiner Catherine Doran uncover the common thread between the victims: the Memorial Art Gallery. From there, they are able to learn that an escaped Egyptian god is responsible for the killings. Working with the goddess Bastet, Aleister and Catherine must try to recapture the life force of the escaped god to prevent future killings. Will they stop him in time or will they, too, become victims for the Egyptian Tomb?
