The Devil's Tryin' to Kill Me

Tony Turner is a homicidal and psychotic enforcer for a ruthless Gun Runner and Crime Lord. Tony is murdered in a violent police shootout. Tony's soul goes to hell. While he's in hell burning the Devil makes him an offer. The Devil sends Tony back to Earth as an indestructible, demonic assassin. The Devil wants Tony to kill 4 reformed criminals who have completely turned their lives around, and are serving God in one form or another. The Devil wants them dead before they can reach their full spiritual potential, and God uses them as instruments in the war between Heaven and Hell. One of the people that the Devil wants dead is James Jones, Tony Turner's former enemy. James Jones is a former drug kingpin who got out of the drug game when his mother died of cancer. Now he is a legitimate businessman, and a contributing member to his community. He is also a great father to his young daughter. James is starting to gain faith in God and the Bible. He is trying to make peace with his bloody past, and atone for his past sins. The Devil wants him dead before he becomes spiritually aware, so he sends his former enemy back from hell to murder him. Tony Turner wants to avenge his murder by killing the man who murdered him, Detective Rick Martin. Det. Rick Martin lead a special police task force that was investigating Tony and James. Det. Martin would eventually kill Tony. After both surviving murder attempts by Tony, James Jones and Det. Rick Martin must reluctantly unite to stay alive and simultaneously figure out a way to kill Tony and send him back to hell.

Parking lot-night Tony and Mike are sitting in an Escalade. Tony "TNT Turner is psychopathic enforcer. He is in his mid 30's, and African American. He is running the point on the hit. Mike is his apprentice. Mike is African American, and slightly younger than Tony. He is a new enforcer to the killing business. It is late night, and the parking lot is crowded with parked cars. They are waiting for a gunrunner named Malcolm to come home. Malcolm owes their boss $10,000 worth of guns and money. They are going to kill Malcolm. Int. Escalade-night Tony is armed with a 45 handgun in his shoulder strap. Mike has a 357 desert eagle in his shoulder strap. They also have a duffel bag with lighter fluid and handcuffs inside. Tony is intense, but jovial. He loves his job. Tony You see Mike, it's dumb ass mutha fuckas like this that make this job fun. Mike What do you mean? Tony The more this fool ducks and dodges us, the more creative his death is going to be. Dumb mutha fuckas like this keep us paid., and they make the job fun and interesting. Ext. Parking lot-night Malcolm drives up. He gets out of the car. Malcolm has a bag of Chinese food in his hand. He has a handgun in a shoulder strap under his coat. Malcolm walks towards the apartment. Int. Escalade-night Mike There he is Tony? Tony Let's punch the clock and go to work. Tony grabs the duffel bag. He and Mike exit the truck. Ext. Apartment stairwell-night Tony and Mike leave the truck, and proceed to walk rapidly into the hallway towards Malcolm. They walk up behind Malcolm while he is unlocking his door. Tony and Mike draw their weapons. Tony Long time no see bitch. Malcolm turns around with a terrified look on his face. Mike Damn Malcolm, you look like you've just seen a ghost. Tony You would look like that too, if you were into Nicofor $10,000 worth of guns. They both laugh as Malcolm looks terrified. Malcolm Guys I've been out of town. My connect didn't want to do business. I was going to bring the guns back to Nico. Tony Shut the fuck up, and open the damn door. Mike snatches the bag of food out of Malcolm's hand. Tony draws his gun on Malcolm. Tony Hurry up and open the door. Int. Apartment-night Malcolm opens the door in haste in fear. Everyone enters the apartment. The apartment is plush. Tony grabs Malcolm around the neck, and pushes down in a recliner chair in the living room. Mike has a gun pointed at Malcolm's head. Malcolm is terrified, but he remains calm. Tony Sit your punk ass down. Tony stands in front of Malcolm. Tony You told Nico you had a client who wanted to buy those machine guns. Now the guns are missing, and Nico hasn't seen his 10 gees. Where the fuck are the guns and the money Malcolm? Malcolm I was down in Miami setting up a plug to move them for me. That's where I've been for the last 2 weeks Tony. I was going to get back with Nico. Tony Shut the fuck up, you were in Miami trickin' and partying you lying mutha fucka. Tony is sitting in a chair directly in front of Malcolm. Tony I don't want to hear your fucking lying ass mouth. You said you could move the guns, and you didn't. The problem with you Malcolm.... Tony pulls out a switch blade knife and cuts Malcolm's left ear off. Blood squirts out of the ear hole, as Malcolm clutches it and screams out in pain. Tony grabs Malcolm's ear, and holds it up to him. Tony Is that you don't fucking listen Malcolm. That's your problem. This isn't even about the guns and money anymore, this shit is personal to me now. Malcolm is clutching his ear hole, and screaming out in pain. Tony tosses the ear in Malcolm's lap. Tony takes the handcuffs out of the bag. He handcuffs Malcolm's hands to the chair. Mike has the gun drawn on Malcolm, as Tony handcuffs him to the chair. Malcolm continues to scream out in pain. Mike Let's just shoot his ass and get out of here. Tony I'm going to do more than just that. I have to send a message with his punk ass. I told you this job is about creativity. Malcolm Tony don't kill me. I can pay you $25,000 and give you back the guns, just let me go. Tony gets the lighter fluid out of the bag. Tony douses Malcolm with lighter fluid. Tony pours lighter fluid all over Malcolm. Malcolm Please don't kill me Tony. I can go get you the guns right now. I'll pay you $75,000, and I'll give you a kilo of coke if you let me go. You can tell Nico that you didn't find me. You're a smart man Tony, lets do business. Tony I don't want your punk ass money. Tony lights the match. Tony I want your life mutha fucka. Tony tosses the match on Malcolm. Malcolm's body ignites, as the match touches the lighter fluid. Malcolm screams out in pain, as the fire engulfs his body. Mike leaves the apartment. Tony watches Malcolm burn to death. He laughs as Malcolm screams out in pain. Tony Stop whining, It doesn't hurt that much. Tony draws his gun, and he shoots Malcolm in the head while he is on fire. Malcolm dies from the gunshots, as his body burns. Tony leaves the apartment. The fire spreads through the apartment. Int. Mike's Escalade-night Tony and Mike are riding down the street slowly. Mike is very amped up and hyper about what just happened. Tony is calm and serene. Tony is a real psychopath, he loves murder. Tony is putting a silencer at the tip of his handgun. He cocks the gun to put a bullet in the chamber. Mike Don't you think that was a little overkill? I mean all we had to do was shoot the guy, but you took that shit to a completely different level man. Tony You can never over do it in this business Mike. Each scenario requires different methods of execution. It is what it is man. Mike If you say so TNT. Tony Now this KP mutha fucka, his murder is going to be quick and to the point. KP is a Scarface wannabe who is trying to push his product on the Southside with out Nico's permission. He's trying to strong arm the territory, so I'm going to strong arm his punk ass into an early grave. Mike These young mutha fuckas are funny, they try to take over shit without any rules and regulations. Tony He's just a punk ass wannabe with a little paper in his pocket, and dope boy groupies tickling his nuts. I hope he enjoyed his punk ass life, because it's about to end in 15 minutes. Mike Where is this mutha fucka supposed to be at? Tony He usually leaves the club at 3:00. Then he hit's the Waffle House up here on Old National, then he goes home with the trick that he pulled out of the club. I know his routine. I'm going to kill him in the Waffle House parking lot. Mike Why get him in the parking lot in front of people, why don't we catch him slipping at his house? Tony Because I want to send a message. The message is that I don't give a fuck, If you cross Nico, I'll smoke your ass anywhere, and at any given time. Tony and Mike drive across the street from Waffle House. The Waffle house is packed with patrons. Tony I'm getting out here. I'm going to kill KP, then I'll be backover here in 5 minutes. Keep this bitch running. Tony checks his gun. He adjusts the silencer on the tip. He puts a busted ski mask on. Tony gets out of the truck. Ext. Parking lot-night Tony walks across the street. KP, a beautiful young lady, and one of KP's friends are leaving the Waffle House. They have bags of food in their hands. They walk over to KP's white Escalade. Tony is ducking down and hiding behind a car. Tony has his gun drawn. Tony rises up from behind the car, and ambushes KP and his friends. KP Shit, look out! Tony shoots KP's friend twice in the head. He falls to the ground and dies. The lady screams out in fear, as Tony shoots her in the chest twice. She falls to the ground , but she is still alive. She crawls under the SUV to get away. KP simultaneously drops his bag of food, and he reaches for the gun in his waistband, but he is too slow. Tony shoots him in the head once, and the chest twice. KP is dead, as he falls to the ground. The wounded lady crawls out from the other side of the truck. She is wounded, and crawling on her stomach. Tony walks up on her. He puts his foot in the lady's back. Tony shoots her in the back of the head and kills her. The on-lookers in Waffle house watch everything, and scream out in terror. Tony runs across the street. He runs up to his SUV. Int. Mike's SUV-night Tony enters the truck. Tony Ride out Mike. Mike drives off. Ext. Tony's driveway-house-night Mike drives up to Tony's driveway and parks the car. Int. Mike's Escalade-night Tony and Mike are sitting in the truck. They are at Tony's house. Tony We got business to take care of tomorrow. I'll call you and let you know what's up. Mike I'm going to the crib man. I need some sleep. It's been a long day. Tony The night is still young dog, and I have some business to take care of. Mike At 3 in the morning. It must be some real serious pussy bruh. Tony Even better, I have money to get. It's never too late to stack paper dog. Mike I feel you TNT. See you in the morning. Tony We got to be at Nico's early, so have your ass up and ready to roll about 9:00a.m. Tony exit's the car. Mike drives off. Ext. Driveway-Night Tony picks up his cell phone and calls Slim. Slim is a big baller/drug dealer. He is a supplier. He runs a drug/gambling house that is open 24/7. The house is in East Atlanta. Slim and Tony are old friends. They used to run in the same clique when they were teens. Tony What's up big money? Slim You Tony, what's really happening man, you ain't calling me at 3 in the morning for small talk and chit chat. Tony You got 2 birds (Kilos of cocaine) on the grill for me tonight. Slim Yeah, there on the grill, and their ready to eat, When do you need them? Tony Right now, I can be over there in 40 minutes. Are there a lot of people over there? Slim The usual gambling crowd. Come on over and holla at me. When you finish, you can get on the tables and break some of these rookies. Tony I'm on the way. Tony hangs up the phone. Tony gets in his car and drives off. Ext. Slim's House night Tony drives up to the house. Tony parks the car on the curb, a couple of houses down the street. Tony gets out of the car. He has a duffel bag over his shoulder with the money in it. He is wearing black gloves. Tony walks up on the front porch. Tony knocks on the door. Gangster 1 opens the door. Gangster 1 What's up TNT. Come on in man. Tony enters the house. Int. Slim's House-night Tony enters the house. The house is clouded with kush and purple weed smoke. The house is a shotgun style-old school house. There are 2 gangsters sitting on the couch to the left playing video games. One is armed with a 45. Handgun. There are 4 gangsters at the kitchen table playing a high price card game. There is a $10,000 pot in the middle of the table. All 4 men are armed with various handguns. Gangster 2 Tony, my dude, what's up man, longtime no see. Gangster 3 Why don't you come get in this game and let me take some of that money Nico's been paying you. Tony Laughs, I need to holla at Slim. When I finish with my business, I'll get on the table and break you rookies. Gangster 2 Well take care of your business, and come back up that shit you're talking. Tony Keep it warm, I'll be right back. Tony walks into the back room. Slim and his friend Chico are sitting in the room watching T.V. Slim is sitting on a small sofa. Chico is sitting in a lounge chair with an AK-47 on the side of the chair. Tony puts his duffel bag on the coffee table that is between them. Tony What's up fellas? Slim You bruh, you coming over buying 2 keys, your definitely what's up big money. Chico Nico must be paying you good money dog? Slim Why don't you get your boss man to supply you.? Hell he runs everything anyway. We're just small squirrels trying to eat in this game. Tony Nico has strict rules. He doesn't allow double dipping. I'm his enforcer. I'm not allowed to hustle on the side in any form or fashion. He is real particular about that type of shit. But ya'll know me, I'm addicted to paper. I got to get it anyway I can. Slim As long as you keep bringing your paper to us, your secret is safe Tony. We ain't saying shit to anyone. Tony Let's break bread cuz. Slim Chico, close the door, and get the shit out of the closet. Chico gets up and closes the door behind Tony. Chico then opens the closet door behind his lounge chair. Chico opens the closet door. He takes 2 kilos of cocaine out of the closet. Chico puts the dope on the table. Slim There you go dog, 18.5 a piece. Tony Here's the paper dog. Tony unzips the duffel bag. There is cash on the top level. Tony reaches in the bag and pulls out 2 9mm handguns. The guns have silencers on the tips. Tony catches everybody off guard. He shoots Chico in the head with the gun in his right hand. Chico is killed instantly. Tony simultaneously shoots Slim in the chest twice with the gun in his left hand. Slim is wounded and barely alive. He is barely breathing. He shoots Slim in the chest with both handguns at the same time. Slim is dead. Tony puts the guns back in the bag. No one heard what just happened, because of the silencers on the guns. Plus, there is loud music playing. Tony steps over Chico's dead body. Tony opens the closet. He takes 2 more kilos out of the closet, and he places the kilos in the duffel bag. Tony picks up Chico's Ak-47. Tony holds the AK-47 up and looks at it. Tony It's time to knock the cobwebs off of this bitch. Tony opens the door and walks towards the front of the house with the AK-47 drawn. Tony walks to the front of the house, and opens fire on the 4 gangsters at the card table. The gunfire rips them open. He kills all of them. The Gangster sitting on the couch reaches for his gun, but he it too late. Tony shoots and kills the man. A Gangster is hiding in the bathroom down the hallway. Tony has his back turned to the bathroom. The Gangster sneaks out of the bathroom with his gun drawn. Tony sees him and ducks behind the wall, as the Gangster simultaneously shoots 5 shots at Tony. The bullets miss Tony and riddle the side of the wall. Tony You missed me bitch!! Tony turns the corner and fires multiple shots back at the gangster. The Gangster ducks into the back bedroom as Tony misses. Tony runs down the hallway with his gun drawn. Tony gets to the bedroom door. The Gangster is trying to escape through a window. He sees Tony, and raises his gun to shoot. He is too late. Tony opens fire on the Gangster. The man is struck multiple times and killed instantly. His body blows through the window, and shatters the glass and the frame. His bloody body falls on the backyard. (Continues...)
