Five thousand years ago a prince sold his soul for ultimate power and became the Raging King. A creature with an insatiable thirst for blood who can change his shape and the shapes of others and who exists as a living plague of blood hungry flies. Before he could destroy the world he was locked away at the ends of the earth. Today the ends of the earth is known as the town of Schofield New Mexico, and the Raging King is about to be freed. Murder House are four kids who formed a band so they could wile away afternoons in their wasteland of a town and maybe have a way out of Schofield some day. Before they can be famous though they need to not only stay alive but stand against a vampire god and his army of zombie husks that animate when he has fed on a person. It's not nice and it's not fair, but because the Raging King has taken the children of the town and because there is no one else who can try to save them four teenagers from Schofield have to try to save the world.
