In a country full of cheap thrills, the infamous director known only by the public as "Mr. Fatal" provides the ultimate rush: the power to grant life and take it away. James Daniel Carcer, a hired killer on death row. He thought it was over when they strapped him down to the cold slab but Mr. Fatal has bigger plans for the hit man. James made peace and said goodbye to the world as the needles were jammed into his veins. Unknown to the public, Carcer's lethal injection was just a strong sedative, courtesy of Mr. Fatal bribing the staff responsible for carrying out the execution. Upon awakening in a locked room, James finds himself as the latest leading man in the director's newest feature snuff film "Born Again"; if he doesn't comply, or gets himself killed, it could mean the death of his wife and daughter, both kidnapped by the blood lusting director. Once the door to the room is unlocked, James is thrown into a bloody underworld of crime he once believed to be an urban myth. It is a game of kill or be killed for the delight of Mr. Fatal, and it does not end until he says it does.
