Quentin Derose, a brilliant 12-year-old boy, is totally unaware that he is going to be involved in an amazing adventure. He and his parents will go on a test mission to the red planet. Separated from them during the first space battle of humanity, he survives only thanks to his faithful androdog Theo, who proves to have hidden talents. Quentin is then faced with another ordeal: his vessel passes through a black hole and finally lands on the planet Syldius located more than six light years from Earth. Then, having found out that a huge threat was endangering the whole Earth, he begins planning a way to return along with his fellow earthlings. He has to act in secret and firstly to acquire the in-depth knowledge of the neuroloader he needs by creeping into the building housing the fantastic Syldian machine…
