Ashley's new diary fills in the gaps on where her first diary left off. In reading this, I'm struggling to determine if any of what she wrote has merit. I've confirmed some portions of it, which gives me an unsettling feeling that there's more truth to her words than fantasy... My name is Mary Anne Taylor, Ashley's former councilor - or therapist as she refers to me. Although I had only worked with her for 2 months, she has appointed me her agent in publishing her diaries. As a councilor, I believe that she believes what's happening to her to be real. What the truth is - I may never know. For now I will publish her diaries, and am both curious and fearful on how they will play out. Whether they be fantasy or truth, I find her mind fascinating yet terrifying... -Mary Anne Taylor Ashley's former "Therapist"
