John Brunner is best known for his dystopian novels written 40 years ago, like THE SHEEP LOOK UP and STAND ON ZANZIBAR, but in 1969 he wrote a novel of swinging London and its underworld of sex and voodoo. For the first time since its initial publication, BLACK IS THE COLOR is now available. It's introduced by horror scholar John Pelan and has a cover by Gavin L. O'Keefe. In the introduction, John mentions that there will be more obscure titles by John Brunner to come from Ramble House.
