This collection, which consists of 14 short stories from the warped mind of gifted author P.B. Jacob and horror buff Dalivia Plaut, will give readers a new outlook on the world where its most unlikely voices come from its most unlikely sources. In Square Shaped But Slightly Ripped, readers will be introduced to P.B. Jacobi, or "girt," and the author's attempts to understand the what, why, and how certain characters respond when thrown into the most dire situations; for example, in the chaotic mishmash of political satire "Genyuz," a group of friends navigate through hellish streets filled with violence and deliberate turmoil in hopes of discovering treasure at the end of a scavenger hunt, or "SNW-FLK," which involves the character, Louve, and her struggle to cope with her own consequences while, at the same time, being haunted by a mysterious—and possibly—dangerous stalker. Other stories include the mind-numbing "Morbid Curiosity," the part horror-part comedy "The Most Controversial Cat on the Planet," the redemptive and thought-provoking 80's throwback "Outran," the startling whodunit "The Rooster and The Serpent of the Midnight Sun," the wildly absurd "Awww! The F*****' Hair!?!" and finally, guest author Dalivia Plaut's techno-thriller/creature feature, "Dark and Bloated."
