Immortal Shadows

From Matt Shaw, the author of SICK B*STARDS, the OCTOPUS TRILOGY and BELOW DECK... Inspired by Matt Shaw's own recent hospital trip and subsequent operation; a new supernatural ghost story. The operation was relatively straight forward. They said he had a chance of being discharged on the same day but, as a worst case scenario, he should be prepared to spend at least one night on the ward. From the literature they gave him, it all sounded straight forward but he didn't expect to see things in the shadows and nor did he expect to hear the laughter as something unseen toyed with him whenever the dark came. Was he hallucinating due to the pain medication they were giving him or was there something more sinister lurking within the blackest parts of the ward's many, many shadows?
