Dwayne Hitchcock, a renowned researcher at the INH had been summoned to meet with Ivan Rasputin Dandy, MD, one of the countries foremost neurological surgeons He was offered a significant package of opportunities to join Dr. Dandy in his research laboratory at the university Hospital but he was reluctant to leave his meager but notable job at INH. From the moment he spied Dr. Dandy's receptionist, Marsha London, he was smitten by her beauty. She slips Dwayne a note to meet her for dinner that evening. A sexual affair with a nefarious motive convinces Dwayne to take Dandy's offer. Dandy wants to develope an artificial gene to cure primary malignant tumors of the brain. Dandy is filled with evil ambitions for fame and recognition by his colleagues and the scientific world. He and Dwayne battle over the protocol for its use but Dandy can't wait. Secretly Dandy steals untested gene solution and injects it into the brain of a human subject with a malignant tumor and creates a demented but deadly monster. Dwayne and Dandy battle over the ethics of human experimentation with ultimate disaster.
