Paranormal detective Pete Brooks investigates a former dormitory of the local University. It began as a residence and was later acquired for a fraternity dorm. Years later the University moved the fraternity on campus and the building sat vacant for over twenty years. It was then purchased to become apartments. Due to financial challenges, the project came to a halt. After sitting vacant again for years, it was sold to the current owner. Within the first week, the owner was overwhelmed by the paranormal activity. The claims included footsteps, voices, shadows, an apparition of an older man and tools that mysteriously got moved or disappeared. The door to an apartment slammed shut on its own. It is said to be the location of a suicide. Is the activity coming from the apparition? Is it being caused by the suicide victim? Without much of the building's history known, maybe neither!
