Selma Reyn has felt cursed her whole life and she might be right. Even her own grandmother feared her since she was born the second her grandmother saw Selma's orange eyes. Her grandmother knew that Selma was afflicted with the burden of being a psychic vampire. As Selma grows up she is met with tragedy, drama and confusion as she tries to figure out how to live this cursed life. When she runs into an old childhood friend, Aaron, things become even more chaotic as he brings her into a world of people that are proud of their psychic vampire ability. Selma has to decide how to embrace her fate.

About the Author

Ellie has been writing since she was a teenager. She was born in northern New York, raised in downstate New York and now lives in central New York. If it's not obvious, she is a New Yorker through and through. Ellie has a BA in English from SUNY Potsdam (yes, another part of New York). She now works in the non-profit sector and her ideal weekend is when there are no plans.
