A 6.6 magnitude earthquake in Idaho uncovers a blood red pyramid in a granite cliff with the ominous name of Devil's Ladder. The next day a lone jogger is attacked and killed by hundreds of swarming spiders being influenced by the pyramid. That red coating you see, isn't paint, it's demon blood put there to imprison an Angel.The angel Gabriel along with his companion, a cherub named Faax must now somehow gain the confidence of the local sheriff, his two deputies, a priest/exorcist and an alcoholic Indian shaman to break into the pyramid and free who Gabriel believes is trapped within. In New York city, two demon hunting warriors of the light; the golem Zeeke and his partner, the cherub Ariel are being directed West by a strange crystal dagger. But just because they are taking a road trip doesn't mean they're taking a break for hunting creatures of the Dark Plane.So join this unlikely Army of the Creator as they battle evil creatures both big and small in their quest to free a prisoner who has been missing for 2000 years.
